SARDIS, Ala. — The Crossville Lions were defeated by the Sardis Lions, 28-0 on Friday night. 

The Sardis Lions scored first, with 4:01 remaining in the first quarter.  The kick was good, giving Sardis the early 7-0 advantage.

In the second, Sardis tacted on two more touchdowns to carry the 21-0 lead into the half.

In the last half of the game, Sardis scored their last touchdown of the night on an 82-yard run, to make the scorre 28-0.

This loss gives the Crossville Lions a 2-7 record thus for in the season.  Crossville will host the Southside Panthers (1-7) in a Class 5A, Region 6 showdown on Friday.
