MONDAY, February 27

  • Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Occurred at 810 Alabama Ave NW, a 1999 Dodge Caravan was recovered, valued at $1200.00
• Reported Arrests (2/27)
  • Patrick Lane Ridge, age 18 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:17 am
  • Kristal Lynn Elam, age 24 of Anniston, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 7:35 pm

TUESDAY, February 28

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 35th Street NE, an air conditioner unit was taken, valued at $3000.00

  • Leslie Suzanne Spears, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:10 am

  • Theft of Property & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 4103 Gault Ave S, a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado was taken and a fence was damaged, valued at $4000.00
  • Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 308 Greenhill Blvd NW, three $20.00 bills were counterfeit, valued at $60.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, Sylvania light bulbs, flip flops, sunglasses, and a wallet were taken, valued at $73.81

  • Randall Odell Ginn, age 30 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana and Promoting Prison Contraband at 5:01 pm
  • Brandon Mark Phillips, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:34 pm
  • Mark Anthony Odell II, age 29 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for DUI at 6:26 pm
  • Christopher Lee Walls, age 30 of Dutton, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:37 pm
  • Christopher Loyd Venerable, age 29 of Guntersville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:28 pm
  • Jennifer Amanda Robertson, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 7:52 pm
  • Marcus Laquon Maddox, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:21 pm
