Monday September 19th

• Reported Incidents (9/19)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Play Station game controller was taken, valued at $19.99
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two Bear River BB pistols were taken, valued at $159.68
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 5501 Club Drive NW, a vending machine was damaged, valued at $1200.00
• Reported Arrests (9/19)
  • Brendan Daniel Parker, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:11 pm
  • Richard Lee Pritchett III, age 25 of Dutton, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:08 pm
• 1 Accident reported with 0 Injuries (9/19)

Tuesday September 20th  

• Reported Incidents (9/20)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 655 Clark Ave NE, a front door was damaged, valued at $350.00
• Reported Arrests (9/20)
  • Paul Nathan Brooks, age 49 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 2:55 am
  • Melinda Jean Akins Graham, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 30 days at 11:30 am
  • John Weston Mitchell, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Attempting to Elude and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:46 pm

Wednesday September 21st

  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1312 Godfrey Ave SE, a wood door was damaged, valued at $100.00
  • Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle – Occurred at 910 Clark Ave NE, a 2008 Subaru Legacy was taken, valued at $2000.00
• Reported Arrests (9/21)
  • Roderick Keith Orr, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and a Warrant for Criminal Mischief at 1:24 am
  • Verbal James Brown, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 2:36 pm
  • Christopher Daniel Wallace, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 2:44 pm
