HIGDON, Ala.-- The nation’s longest high school winning streak continued on Friday night as the Fyffe Red Devils defeated the North Sand Mountain Bison, 42-14. 

Kyle Dukes added the first points on the board for Fyffe, scoring on a 1-yard scamper into the endzone with 5:57 remaining in the first quarter. With 2:59 remaining in the first, Brodie Hicks scored on a 4-yard touchdown for the Red Devils. Dukes successfully brought in the two-point conversion, to take the 14-0 lead into the second quarter.

Dukes crashed into the endzone from 7-yards out to score with 8:07 remaining in the first half. Logan Anderson brought in the two-point conversion, to go up 22-0. With 2:57 remaining in the half, Dukes stampeded down the field for the 80-yard touchdown, to give the Red Devils the 29-0 advantage at the half. 

Will Stephens scored two touchdowns in the third quarter to give the Red Devils the 42-0 lead at the end of three. 

NSM put their first points on the board in the fourth quarter with a 4-yard run by Alex Luna. Kayden Gilley added the final touchdown of the night for the Bisons with a 43-yard punt return to make the final score Fyffe 42, NSM 14. 

Kyle Dukes led the Fyffe Red Devils with 163 yards on eleven carries and three touchdowns. Logan Anderson had 72 yards on seven carries. Will Stephens had 67 yards on seven carries and two touchdowns. 

Fyffe will travel to take on the Geraldine Bulldogs on Friday. The North Sand Bison will also be on the road as they travel to take on Whitesburg Christian.
