Arrest Made for Aggravated Criminal Surveillance

FORT PAYNE, Ala. — (According to Fort Payne Police Chief Randy Bynum) On February 4, Brian Talmadge Johnson, age 35 of Gadsden, was arrested on the charges of Aggravated Criminal Surveillance. These charges were filed in conjunction with Mr. Johnson being a massage therapist at a local business.
