FYFFE, Ala. — The Fyffe Red Devils defeated the Clarke County Bulldogs, 21-0 on Friday night.
After a scoreless first quarter, Ike Rowell gashed through the defense, scoring for the Fyffe Red Devils with 7:29 remaining in the first half. With :50 remaining before intermission, Rowell scored again. The point-after attempt gave the Red Devils the 14-0 advantage going into the half.
With 9:31 remaining in the fourth, Rowell made the 32-yard connection with Brody Dalton for the touchdown, to make the final score of the night 21-0 against the Clarke County Bulldogs.
Rowell rushed for over 160 yards on 29 carries for the night. Dalton was spot on making all three field-goal attempts.
Fyffe will travel to face region foe, the Plainview Bears, on Friday.
