ALABAMA — The Alabama chapters of SCORE, the nation's largest network of volunteer business experts, have partnered together to bring a series of free webinars to the small business community.
The series, entitled Circle of Mentors, will focus on bringing the services of SCORE to a broad population that includes minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and those small business owners just looking for some extra guidance.
SCORE Alabama welcomes participants from all industries, all stages of business development, and non-profit businesses.
The webinar will be held every other Thursday beginning at 10 a.m. Central Time via Zoom. The link for the webinar can be found here: https://score.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_VSZeHNTJTDihL3d8zC0-MQ.
The Circle of Mentors series lasts for approximately one hour including time for a question and answer session with the designated speaker and SCORE mentors that are available on the call. The series was initiated by SCORE SE Regional Vice President Catherine Walton and is hosted every week by Vicki Morris, the series' program coordinator.
SCORE states their mission is to "foster vibrant small business communities through mentoring and education." They are dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals. Since 1964, SCORE has provided education and mentorship to more than 11 million entrepreneurs.
