Sources say that DeKalb County Superintendent Hugh Taylor has formed a committee to handle the interviewing and hiring of a head football coach at Plainview High School.
Members of the committee are thought to be:
- Don Black
- Philip Clark
- Anthony Cooper
- Chris Johnson
- Stewart Mitchell
Qualifications to be a member of the committee are unknown.
This leads to speculation that Plainview High School will go at least another month without a principal. The question must be asked by the Bear faithful, will a premier coach interview with a committee for a position at a school without a principal?
