IDER, Ala. — The Ider Hornets fell to the Section Lions, 12-0 in a regional game on Friday night.

Section Lions scored three points on a 33-yard field goal, with 3:00 remaining in the first quarter.

With 7:28 remaining in the second quarter, Section scored on a 4-yard scamper into the endzone.  The extra point was good, giving the Lions the 10-0 advantage going into the half. 

After a high snap rolled through the endzone, Section scored a safety in the third quarter and added two more points to their advantage.

After both teams were shut down in the fourth, the Section Lions defeated the Ider Hornets, 12-0. 

Ider will travel to take on the Collinsville Panthers on Friday night.
