RAINSVILLE, Ala.— Fyffe met Geraldine in the Men’s 30 and Over Championship Game. This game was a rough and tumble game from the beginning.

Geraldine jumped to a early lead in the first with a score of 10-5.  Going into the half, they held on to their lead with a score of 20-13.

After the half, Fyffe seemed to get their second wind and got within 10 points of the Bulldogs.  Geraldine proved to be to much for Fyffe in the fourth and won the game 49-31.

Corey Bryant was name the MVP of the 30 and Over Old Timers.

At the press conference after the game, Pete Chadwick, 46,  of Geraldine, reflected on what it meant to play in the Old Timers Tournament, “ I am a team guy whether it be in sports or in the ministry.”
