GADSDEN, Ala. — The Etowah Blue Devils defeated the Crossville Lions, 49-7 in region play last Friday night.

The Blue Devils had 21 unanswered points in the first quarter, followed by 14 in the second, going into the half with a 35-0 advantage. 

Etowah tacked on 7 points in the third quarter. 

The Lions made their lone score of the night in the fourth quarter, Etowah answered back with another score, taking home the 49-7 victory.

Crossville will host Douglas on Friday night.
