SYLVANIA, Ala.—The Plainview Varsity Bears defeated the Sylvania Rams 8-0 Tuesday night.

Ben Williamson was the winning pitcher, striking out 9 and only allowing one walk in seven innings pitched.

At the plate, Austin Brown had 2 hits and 2 RBIs.  Colton Bevel added a RBI.  Kolton Farmer, John David Martin, Trent Brown and Cade Willingham all had 2 hits and one RBI for the Plainview team.
