The football schedule for the Fyffe Red Devils looks a little different than it did in the 2024 season.
The Red Devils will open up with a trip to the state capital to take on Maplesville in the AHSAA Kickoff Classic at the Cramton Bowl. The game will take place on Friday, August 22. The game will be televised statewide on Alabama Public Television/PBS.
On August 29 the Fyffe comes back home to host the Pisgah Eagles. The game will be played on Friday this season, as the Red Devils are the host team. Last year's game was a classic, with Pisgah winning 30-28.
Fyffe opens region play on September 5 when Collinsville makes the trip to Fyffe. On September 12 the Red Devils will travel to Asbury to take on the Rams. Brindlee Mountain will come to Fyffe on September 19.
Last year, Fyffe traveled to Coosa Christian for the fifth game of the year but this year the two teams will not play and the Red Devils will have September 26 as a Bye week.
On October 3 Fyffe will travel to Sylvania to take on the Rams and new Head Coach Brad Waldrop. It should be great from a coaching aspect as Waldrop played for Coach Benefield at Sylvania.
The next week should also be a great coaching matchup as Coach Jere Adcock brings his Whitesburg Christian team to Fyffe on October 10.
The Red Devils travel to Holly Pond on October 17 and then close out the regular season on October 24 when the Geraldine Bulldogs come to town in what could be the region championship game.
Fyffe will have the week of Halloween off to gear up for the playoffs the first week of November.
