Last night DeKalb County watched as the slate for the General Election in November became clear.

Highlights:
- Voter Turnout was incredibly low, but not unexpected for a non-Presidential Election year
- Every Anti-Common Core Candidate was hammered across the State
- AEA sunk $7 Million into races in Alabama and failed in 99% of those races
- The Young Republicans of Northeast Alabama are legitimate (Tyler Wilks for Revenue Commissioner)
- Even Democrats don't really like Parker Giffith
- In almost every race in Alabama, the winner was decided in last nights GOP Election
There are a few races across Alabama still left for DeKalb County voters to decide in run-offs, including:
- Secretary of State race between John Merrill (R) and Reese McKinney (R);
- Public Service Commission Place 2 between Chip Beeker (R) and Terry Dunn (R);
- DeKalb County State Executive Committee Seat Place 3 between Jack Stiefel and Scotty Vaughn.
