U.S. Senator Rand Paul (KY), and probable 2016 Republican presidential candidate, will be the keynote speaker for the 2015 ALGOP Victory Celebration and Winter Dinner. The event will be held at the Montgomery Renaissance Hotel on February 20, 2015, at 7:00 pm.
