GERALDINE, Ala.— According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, a student from Geraldine High School, Jesse Cole Holcomb, 17, has been reportedly missing since Saturday.
Holcomb is a white male who has brown eyes and brown hair. The Sheriff’s Department said Holcomb was last seen leaving his house in Geraldine in a red pickup truck.
DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris said Holcomb contacted his father later in the day on Saturday and informed him that he was safe and not under duress.
As of press time, Harris said Holcomb’s father has not heard from him since Saturday, however and he is considered missing.
“If you have any information on Jesse Cole Holcomb’s whereabouts, please contact the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office at (256) 845-3801,” Harris said.
