DeKALB COUNTY, Ala. — The DeKalb County Board of Education held their monthly meeting on January 31, 2019.  

The Board proudly showcased a new special needs bus that has recently been added to the fleet. 

The Board approved the following students who met the requirements for early graduation:

Crossville:Miguel Perez, Hunter Bawgus, Luis Angel Marquez, Brody Peppers, Noelia Garcia, Joshua Greenwood, Veronica Domingo

Plainview:Breanna Harper, Kaitlyn Woods

Ider:Andrew Cavitt

The following Retirements were approved:

The next meeting of the DeKalb Board of Education will be held on February 28, 2019. The work session will begin at 4:00 p.m. followed by the regular meeting at 5:00 p.m. at the DeKalb County Board of Education Facilities Building.
