The Fort Payne Chamber of Commerce invites you to the 54th annual Fort Payne Christmas Parade on Friday, December 12th. The already charming downtown will grow even more spirited for the holiday season as Gault Avenue sparkles with lights, laughter, and holiday cheer.
The parade winds from 18th Street to 3rd Street South, led by Grand Marshal, Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter. Enjoy familiar faces, local businesses, and participants from near and far who come together for this magical community celebration.
Arrive early and take in the festive atmosphere. Explore downtown shops and restaurants decorated for the holidays, then head to Christmas in the Park at City Park from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m., presented by the City of Fort Payne and Fort Payne Parks & Recreation. Warm up by the bonfire, sip complimentary hot cocoa or coffee, enjoy popcorn or peanuts, listen to caroling, or simply stroll beneath the twinkling lights.
As evening falls, find your spot along Gault Avenue for the parade, starting at 6:00 p.m. Bundle up, bring the family, and celebrate a Fort Payne holiday tradition filled with magic, cheer, and community spirit.
