FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, Jan. 6 – Sunday, Jan. 8.

FRIDAY, January 6

• Reported Incidents (1/6)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two HP Pavilion lap tops and two Spider Wrap alarms were taken, valued at $1204.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, pants, two jackets, iron skillet set, a Steel mug and a remote control car were taken, valued at $141.39
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at      $117.54
• Reported Arrests (1/6)
  • Elisa Jean Garrett, age 48 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:03 pm
• Reported Accidents (1/6) 
  • 1 Accident with 0 Injuries

SATURDAY, January 7

• Reported Incidents (1/7)
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1110 Williams Av NE, a Kenmore stove was taken, valued at $200.00
• Reported Arrests (1/7)
  • Amy Michelle Stiefel, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:04 pm
  • Francisco Sebastian, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 9:30 pm

SUNDAY, January 8 

• Reported Incidents (1/8)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1401 Glenn Blvd SW, two Trucker USB chargers, Budweiser beer, two Budlight margaritas and a St Jude charity box were taken, valued at $76.56
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 300 Godfrey Ave NE, two doors on a 2005 Dodge Durango were damaged, valued at $500.00

  • Naomi Ruth Berkey, age 54 of Murfreesboro, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 4:13 am
• Reported Accidents (1/8)
  • An accident occurred at Alabama Ave NW and 12th Street NW, Francisco Sebastian, age 25 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Chrysler 300 struck Donald Cody Campbell, age 26 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 KIA Sorento. Passenger Melissa Campbell, age 49 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
