JACKSONVILLE, Ala. — The Sylvania Rams were defeated by the Susan Moore Bulldogs in the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Regional Semifinal game.

The Rams took the early 4-point lead at the 3:08 mark of the first quarter. The game was a back and forth battle, ending with the Bulldogs having the slight 20-19 advantage.

The Susan Moore Bulldogs gained the 9-point lead over the Rams and held on to that lead for 9:37 of the first half, ending with the 43-34 lead over the Lady Rams.  The Susan Moore Lady Bulldogs made 7-of-12 three-point shots in the first half. 

Makalya Bullock led the Lady Rams in the first quarter with 13 points and five rebounds.  Lauren Womack also had 5 rebounds for the first half.  

In the third quarter, the Lady Bulldogs outscored the Rams, 23-13.

Sylvania mounted their attack outscoring the Susan Moore Bulldogs 24-23 but as the time ran out, Susan Moore defeated the Lady Rams, 89-71.

Makalya Bullock finished the game with 28 points. Kenadie Lee led the Rams with 10 rebounds.
