RAINSVILLE, Ala. — The votes are in, and Marshall Stiefel has won the runoff for Rainsville City Council Place 1!

Stiefel beat incumbent Joey Graham by a margin of 6%, with Stiefel receiving 416 total votes (53%) and Graham  receiving 368 total votes (47%).
