The ACCA Board of Directors has officially endorsed ACCA Past President and DeKalb County Commission President Ricky Harcrow in the upcoming Employees' Retirement System (ERS) Board election.
Seeking to fill the new Board seat reserved solely for active members of County government, President Harcrow boasts nearly four decades of county government service and countless years of statewide leadership on behalf of Alabama's counties.
Harcrow has served on the ACCA Board of Directors since 2007, on the National Association of Counties Board of Directors since 2018, and as Chair of the Board of Directors for County Risk Services Inc.
