RAINSVILLE, Ala. — The DeKalb County Board of Education held its regularly scheduled meeting on May 24, 2018 at the DeKalb County Board of Education Facilities Building.
DeKalb County Commission President, Rickey Harcrow addressed the Board on the importance of having passing the Tax Renewal that will be on the June 5, 2018 ballot. “Without this our system will suffer” stated Harcrow.
The Board approved the following:

The Board addressed the need for Adult CNP lunch prices to increase. Board employees will pay $3.55 and visitors will be charged $4.05.
The date of the next board meeting was changed to June 12, 2018. Work session will begin at 4:00 p.m. and meeting will be at 5:00 p.m. at the Facilities Building.
