FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, July 3 – Thursday, July 6.

MONDAY, July 3

• Reported Incidents (7/3)
  • Burglary – Occurred at 914 Gault Ave S, a Samsung TV, jewelry box and box with contents were taken, valued at $3300.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, Revlon hair color was taken, valued at $2.97
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 305 7th Street NE, curtains, blue jeans, hoodie and shorts were taken, valued at $110.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1801 Godfrey Ave NE, miscellaneous clothing was taken, valued at $100.00
• Reported Arrests (7/3)
  • Tiffany Marie Long, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 6:05 pm
  • Patricia Rogers Adams, age 57 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Seatbelt Violation and Insurance Violation at 9:21 pm

TUESDAY, July 4

• Reported Incidents (7/4)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $218.41
  • Recovered Stolen Firearm – Occurred at 1916 Williams Ave NE, a Taurus PT24 Pro firearm was recovered, valued at $300.00
• Reported Arrests (7/4)
  • Whitney Melissa Jennings, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:57 pm
  • Tiffany Renee Evans, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:37 pm
  • Jacob Adam Biddle, age 26 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:00 pm
  • Christopher Wayne Roden, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:26 pm
• Reported Accidents (7/4)
  • 3 Accidents with 2 Injuries
    • An accident occurred at Gault Ave SW and Plaza Road SW, Felipe Miguel Juan Felipe, age 54 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Nissan Xterra, struck Shane Lee Jacobs, age 23 of Attalla, driving a 2005 Pontiac G6. Felipe was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
    • An accident occurred at Wallace Ave and Desoto Pkwy, Shelley Eugena Buckley, age 20 of Florence, driving a 2008 Dodge Nitro stuck William Gregory Yates, age 42 of Section, driving a 2018 Chevrolet Impala. Passenger in the Impala, Rita Jane Hammonds, age 67 of Rainsville, was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

WEDNESDAY, June 5

• Reported Incidents (7/5)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3700 Gault Ave N, a window on a 2007 Ford Crown Vic was damaged, valued at $200.00
  • Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle – Occurred at 12 Stewart Court Circle SW Apt 231, a 1999 Honda Accord was taken, valued at $3000.00
• Reported Arrests (7/5)
  • Demetrius Jermaine Neal, age 36 of Rainsville, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 11:36 pm
  • Ian Jacob Rice, age 21 of Leeds, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:09 am
  • Almon Ray Wallace Jr, age 49 of Ider, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:51 am
  • Shawnue Starr Monroe, age 43 of Ider, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:49 am
  • Austin Shane Medlock, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol, Public Intoxication, Attempting to Elude, Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, and Resisting Arrest at 4:20 am
  • Vickery Eugene Bradley, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft by Deception at 11:19 am
  • Teresa Kay Gilbert, age 41 of Mentone, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:29 pm
  • Benjamin Uriah Matthews, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Harassing Communications at 3:12 pm
