FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, Apr. 21 – Sunday, Apr. 23.

FRIDAY, April 21

• Reported Incidents (4/21)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a flashlight and pen light were taken, valued at $15.79
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 911 Godfrey Ave NE, a Murray push mower was taken, valued at $50.00
  • Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card & Theft of Lost Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a purse and credit/ debits cards were lost, charges of $448.41 were made without authorization
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1416 Glenn Blvd SW Room 144, a mirror was damaged, valued at $300.00
  • Burglary – Occurred at 900 Forest Ave NW, an air compressor, a Troy Bilt pressure washer, a Yamaha keyboard piano and an antique radio with stand, valued at $800.00
• Reported Arrests (4/21)
  • Christian John Williamson, age 21 of Piedmont, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear and Driving while Suspended at 2:36 am
  • Katherine Ann Mashburn, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 4:38 pm

  • 3 Accidents, with no injuries

SATURDAY, April 22

• Reported Incidents (4/22)
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 910 Sanders Ave NE, a Haier air conditioner unit was taken, valued at $150.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 900 Forest Ave NW, a doggie door was damaged, valued at $60.00
• Reported Arrests (4/22)
  • Dionicio Rocha Saenz, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 3:42 am
  • Tracy Lynn Baswell, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 7:48

  • 2 Accidents with 0 Injuries

SUNDAY, April 23

• Reported Incidents (4/23)
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1216 Adamsburg Road E, a basement window and a basement door were damaged, valued at $650.00
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1300 Clark Ave NE, four boxes of Remington ammo was taken, valued at $75.00
• Reported Arrests (4/23)
  • Jonathan Stephen Nichelson, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:17 am
  • Andrew Cain Henderson, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Burglary at 1:59 pm
  • Trisha Mary June Henderson, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Burglary at 1:59 pm
  • Waco Byron Kean, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance, Possession of a Pistol by a Drunk, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Carrying a Concealed Weapon Without a Permit, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Intoxication at 7:37 pm
• Reported Accidents (4/23)
  • An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Big Wills Road NW, Waco Byron Kean, age 39 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Cadillac XLR struck Blake Austin Watts, age 28 of Fort Payne, driving a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado.  Watts was transported to Dekalb Regional by private vehicle.
  • An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Mountain Road SE, Phillip Paul Miller Jr, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 1998 Dodge Ram left the roadway and overturned. Miller was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
