MONDAY, December 19

  • Reported Incidents (12/19)
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1151 Gault Ave S, prescription medication was taken, valued at $40.00
  • Reported Arrests (12/19)
    • Colton Blake Guffey, age 22 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:51 pm

TUESDAY, December 20

    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 6504 Oakhill Road NE, packages were taken from a mailbox, valued at $150.00
    • Theft of Services – Occurred at 912 48th Street NW, carpet cleaning services were ordered then not paid for, valued at $70.00
    • Theft of Property – Occurred at 205 Glenn Blvd SW, a wallet, debit card, and currency were taken, valued at $40.00
  • Reported Arrests (12/20)
    • Joseph Gary Holcomb, age 71 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance at 10:57 am
    • Jason Keith Wells, age 37 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 2:13 pm
    • James Edward Guest, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 6:55 pm
  • Reported Accidents (12/20)
    • An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave NE and 35th Street NE, James Edward Guest, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Ford Taurus struck Maydalena Francisco, age 28 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe.  Francisco was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

WEDNESDAY, December 21

    • Unlawful Breaking and Entering – Occurred at 120 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, $35.00 in currency, two check books and a wallet were taken, valued at $51.00
    • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave S, a shower curtain and shower curtain rings were damaged, valued at $25.00

    • James Edward Guest, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:24 pm
    • Renee Michelle Peterson, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:43 pm
    • Oran Lee McGraw, Jr., age 41 of Sitka, AK, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:32 pm
    • Thomas Habersham Setze, age 52 of Mentone, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:51 pm

    • An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Briarwood Ave SW, Casey Moriah Bevel, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu, struck a vehicle that left the scene of the accident. Bevel was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

    • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1811 Airport Road W, an exterior wall and a box truck was painted with graffiti, valued at $1500.00

    • Tanya Naydeen Fox, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Harassment at 11:10 am
    • Donna Deanne Daniel, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Violation at 11:10 am
    • Joshua Tyler Blansit, age 20 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 8:27 pm
    • Ira Thomas Holt, age 61 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 8:32 pm
