  • Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 3616 Gault Ave N, a vehicle key and a I Phone 4 were taken, valued at $350.00
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE Apt M163, paint on a door and hood of a 2003 Honda Element was damaged, valued at $400.00

  • Derek Austin Rothell, age 28 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:53 am
  • Wendy Leah Wilbanks, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Robbery, Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, and Reckless Endangerment at 12:36 pm

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a JBL speaker was taken, valued at $79.95
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a pillow case, Realtree camo gloves and a Camo Beanie were taken, valued at $36.24

  • Anika Danielle Watwood, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested on two Warrants for Reckless Endangerment and DUI at 10:03 am
  • Winston Kevin Owen, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 10:48 am
  • Leslie Suzanne Spears, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested two charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement at 1:00 pm
  • Kevin Lee Mills, age 22 of Valley Head, was arrested on two warrants for Pick-Up Order and Failure to Appear at 2:37 pm
  • Kevin Daniel Campbell, age 38 of Gadsden, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Property at 3:54 pm
  • Jennifer Shae Stone, age 36 of Sylvania, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:32 pm
  • Waylon Lamar Green, age 42 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 9:47 pm
