Story By Stacey Hinton, Lynridge of Huntsville Assisted Living and Memory Care
HUNTSVILLE— Flags, tradition, and a little outside recognition made for a memorable morning at Lynridge of Huntsville Assisted Living and Memory Care, where the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) stopped by to take notice.
The visit recognized the community for its careful display and respectful presentation of the American flag. Residents and staff gathered as the DAR acknowledged the community, highlighting its attention to detail and patriotic presentation.
Stacey Hinton, Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing of Lynridge of Huntsville, said, “Seeing our residents notice the flag and what it represents reminded me that history isn’t just in textbooks—it’s in everyday actions. Even a simple visit can show how much these traditions matter to people.”
The recognition reflects Lynridge of Huntsville’s ongoing practice of honoring national symbols. Local media are invited to cover the DAR visit and see how the community brings this tradition to life.
