FORT PAYNE, Ala. – (Updated at 7:20 pm, May 4th 2017) The missing teen has been located safe, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office. The teen was initially thought to be heading to Fort Payne.

14 year old Ricardo 'Ricky' Del Rivera reportedly ran away from the Fairview Community of Cherokee County earlier today. Ricky was last seen wearing a camouflage hat, sunglasses, and blue jeans with holes in both knees. The missing teen is believed to be driving a 98 GMC Sierra blue pickup truck.
