  • Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 1815 Glenn Blvd SW. A rear bumper on a 2014 Nissan Altima was damaged, valued at $1000.00 -
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1400 Clark Ave NE. A door lock was damaged and a sound system was taken, valued at $53.00.

• Reported Arrests (7/22)
  • Malcom Rufus Daniel, Jr, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 12:46 am.
  • Seth Lee Murdach, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Menacing at 3:00 pm.
  • Jodye Lee Day, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Harassment at 5:35 pm.
  • Christopher Daniel Jones, age 26 of Woodville, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 8:06 pm.
  • Darla Rhea Cabaniss, age 32 of Scottsboro, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 8:20 pm.

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 608 Williams Ave NE. A Vigilante bicycle was taken, valued at $50.00.
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two USB cables were taken, valued at $27.84.
  • Burglary & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 631 67th Street NW. A front door lock and a door on a Chevrolet Silverado were damaged, two vehicle keys, $40.00 in currency, an Apple I Phone 6, and a wallet were taken, valued at $2596.00.

  • Quentin Edward Shetters, age 31 of Sylvania, was arrested for DUI at 2:23 am.
  • Jason Eric Hughes, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband at 9:00 am.
  • Danielle Nicole Cruz, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 8:55 am.
  • A 14 year old juvenile male of Collinsville was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 7:42 pm.  
  • Kyle Leroy McKissick, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 7:57 pm.
  • Miquel Angel Dios, age 24 of Collinsville, was arrested for DUI, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Reckless at 7:42 pm.

  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW. Six packs of Fake nails, two mascara’s, sun glasses, a scrunchy hair band, and two nail glues were taken, valued at $21.00.
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW. A Conair hair dryer was taken, valued at $15.00.
