Reported Incidents (7/11)

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart. A Rayovac flashlight, two Energizer flashlights, CO2 pistol, pack of Alkaline batteries and a CO2 bottle were taken, valued at $98.32.
Theft of Property – Occurred at 921 Alabama Ave NW. A Cub Cadet push mower was taken, valued at $396.38.
Theft of Property & Illegal Possession Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 1401 Glenn Blvd SW. A Carhart wallet, and $45.00 in currency was taken, charges of $55.76 were made without authorization, valued at $100.76.
Damaged Property – Occurred at 200 Glenn Blvd SW. A speed limit sign post was damaged, valued at $25.00.
Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 817 Gault Ave N. A tail light on a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder was damaged, valued at $400.00.

Arey Johnny Mullins, age 44 of Pisgah, was arrested for Possession of Amphetamine and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 3:26 pm
Kristen Renee Abromitis, age 34 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:30 pm.
Ury Acevedo Garcia, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Rendering False Alarm at 7:15 pm.

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1104 Gault Ave S. A door on a 2015 Nissan Altima was damaged, valued at $250.0

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, Carolyn S Blansit, age 77 of Henagar, driving a 2012 Ford Fusion struck Heather Lynn Wells, age 41 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Chevrolet HHR. Blansit was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 3110 Orange Street SW, a Saiga AK-47 rifle was taken, valued at $650.00.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Occurred at 801 Gault Ave N. A 1996 Ford Crown Victoria was recovered from Sylacauga.

Joel Martin Keller, age 18 of Douglasville, Ga, was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 7:03 pm.
Sherie Shree Armstrong, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested of possession of prescription drugs and public intoxication at 9:53 pm.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 509 Gault Ave S, a mirror on a 2005 Saturn Ion was damaged, valued at $200.00.

Ashley Marie Harris, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on warrants for failure to display insurance at 1:20 pm.
Adrian Allen Lingerfelt, age 18 of Henagar, was arrested for theft of property at 2:26 pm.
Kathy Elaine Stephens, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of controlled substance at 9:45 pm.
