FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, March 20 – Thursday, March 23.

MONDAY, March 20

• Reported Incidents (3/20)
  • Theft of Services – Occurred at 1500 Forest Ave NW, water theft services of $747.68 were used
• Reported Arrests (3/20)
  • Lawrence Jeremy Bewley, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 9:23 am
  • Luis Enrique Valencia, age 28 of Montevallo, was arrested on Warrant for Driving While Suspended at 11:15 pm
  • James Joseph Travis, age 52 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for Revoked Probation at 5:21 pm
  • Tonya Marie Amoson, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 4:54 pm

TUESDAY, March 21

• Reported Incidents (3/21)
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1214 Fisher Road NE unit 30, two Crosby Prednations English saddles, two horse blankets, and a cabinet were taken, valued at $950.00
• Reported Arrests (3/21)
  • Michael Derek Crane, age 31 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Harassment at 2:42 pm
  • Tommy Dustin Burt, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Revoked at 9:54 pm
• Reported Accidents (3/21)
  • An accident occurred at Airport Road and Old Water Works Road SW, Jessica Lorraine Crowe age 31 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Ford Taurus struck Kimberly Rains Stewart, age 29 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Honda Accord. Stewart’s vehicle then stuck Wayne Augustus Patterson IV, age 29 of Rainsville, driving a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. Crowe was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service.
