FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, February 20 – Thursday, February 23.
MONDAY, February 20
- Reported Incidents (2/20)
- Fraudulent use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 2005 Patricia Drive NE, charges of $144.00 were made without authorization
- Theft of Property & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 106 45th Street NE, a door on a 1997 Toyota Tacoma was damaged, taken were a box, welding gloves, welding hood and a welding lead, valued at $350.00
- Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 407 Clark Ave SE, three windows and a bathtub were damaged, valued at $600.00
- Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 650 Wallace Ave NE, a Nike softball bag, batting gloves, Mizuno softball glove, softball helmet and four training shirts were taken, valued at $220.00
- Burglary – Occurred at 306 8th Street NW, an engagement and wedding ring were taken, valued at $1500.00

- Eric Lee Walker, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 7:26 pm

TUESDAY, February 21

- Theft of Property – Occurred at 1410 Gault Ave S, a Honda generator was taken, valued at $600.00
- Reported Arrests (2/21)
- Gary Athens Cisco, age 28 of Fyffe, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:34 am
- Krystal Dawn Cisco, age 26 of Fyffe, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:34 am
- Robert Russell Fredrickson, age 58 of Gulfport, MS, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combines Substance at 4:19 pm

- Burglary – Occurred at 32 Stewart Court Circle SE Apt 259, clothing, a purse with content, and prescription medication were taken, valued at $565.00
- Theft of Property – Occurred at 5411 Martin Ave NE, Black Hills gold ring, yellow gold ring with three diamonds, yellow gold ring with paradox stone, yellow gold ring with ruby and a gold bracelet were taken, valued at $800.00
- Theft of Services – Occurred at 905 Airport Road W, a check for $725.00 was written then a stop payment was applied
- Theft of Property – Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave Apt B4, a Samsung TV was taken, valued at $499.00

- Heath Allen Haney, age 32 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 11:50 am
- Dustin Wayne Gass, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:50 pm
- Sabrina Lynn Brasher, age 46 of Atalla, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:59 pm
- Dehlila Eve McSpadden, age 42 of Valley Head, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:41 pm
- David Austin Cooper, age 44 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:07 pm

- Fraudulent use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 200 Alabama Ave NW, charges of $46.27 were made without authorization
- Theft of Services – Occurred at 701 Lincoln Ave NE, power and water theft services of $225.00 were used
- Theft of Services – Occurred at 702 Williams Ave NE, water theft services of $180.00 were used
- Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Drive SW, a purse, currency, social security card, checks and mail were taken, valued at $6.00

- A 16 year old female juvenile of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property and Criminal Littering at 2:14 am
- Reported Accidents (2/23)
- An accident occurred at Santa Fe parking lot, Flora Estelle Wheeler, age 56 of Huntsville, driving a 2004 BMW 328 struck a parked 2009 Pontiac G8, Wheeler was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
