FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Monday, October 3 – Thursday, October 6.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 3

• Reported Incidents (10/3)
  • Burglary – Occurred at 601 Greenhill Blvd NW Apt 209, a tea jug, clothing, makeup, Hewlett Packard laptop, and Kindle Fire Tablet were taken, valued at $889.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1310 Forest Ave NW Apt 64, a gold rose and cell phone was taken, valued at $125.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1151 Burthill Dr SW A108, $200.00 in currency was taken
  • Burglary – Occurred at 1505 Grand Ave SW, $250.00 in currency, and two Michael Kors purses were taken, valued at $450.00
• Reported Arrests (10/3)
  • Timothy Ben Hairston, age 30 of Pensacola, Fl, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 12:33 pm
  • Melinda Jean Akins Graham, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 45 Days at 6:35 pm
  • Felipe Juan Juan, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Underage Consumption and Attempting to Elude at 10:34 pm

  • An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Airport Road W, Huey D Williams, age 63 of Henagar, driving a 1993 Ford Ranger, struck Theresa Annette Bell, age 38 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Pontiac G6. Williams was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4

  • Recovered Vehicle – Occurred at 104 19^th Street NW, a 1998 Toyota Camry was recovered, valued at $1000.00
  • Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, cologne, two packs of cigarettes, sunglasses, case of 75 CD’s, Fossil watch and two Apple I pods were taken, valued at $870.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1806 Grand Ave NW, an American Pitbull was taken, valued at $200.00

  • Melessia Marlene Cunningham, age 36 of Flat Rock, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:55 am
