• An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Briarwood Ave SW, James Doyle Ellis, age 78 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Buick Le Sabre struck Roberto Benjamin Chavez Conde, age 20 of Albertville, driving a 2010 Cadillac CTS.  Mr. Ellis was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

• Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Samsung 55” TV and a pack of Uniball pens were taken, valued at $1084.53
• Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 110 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, passenger side front and rear doors were damaged on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, valued at $1000.00

• A 17 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for DUI and Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 3:12 am
• Shannon Paul Roberts, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:53 pm
• Jason Lee Driskill, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Switched Tag and DUI at 2:11 pm
• Tyler Wesley Bennett, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 10:43 pm
