FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The following are reported incidents, arrests, and accidents from the Fort Payne Police Department for Friday, September 30 – Sunday, October 2.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30

• Reported Incidents (9/30)
  • Fraudulent use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 1800 Gault Ave N, charges of $66.15 were made without authorization
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1800 Gault Ave N, five $20.00 bills were taken, valued at $100.00
  • Theft of Property – Occurred at 205 Glenn Blvd SW, a Galaxy 5 cell phone was taken, valued at $350.00
• Reported Arrests (9/30)
  • Kalop Wayne Peppers, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 3:53 am
  • Michael Shawn Mitchell, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest at 12:42 pm
  • Randall Ordell Ginn, age 30 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Evidence at 7:11 pm
  • Jason Christopher Cosby, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:00 pm
  • Tiffany Michelle White, age 29 of Valley Head, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:42 pm

  • 3 Accidents with no injuries reported. 

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1

• Reported Incidents (10/01)
  • Criminal Mischief – Occurred at I-59 and MM 216, a door and frame were damaged on a 2002 Ford Explorer, valued at $150.00
  • Delayed Accident Report – Occurred at 5900 Greenhill Blvd NW, driver’s side of vehicle on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee was damaged by a deer, valued at $200.00
  • Duty upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 305 Ruby Tuesday Lane SW, a bumper on a 2016 Dodge Challenger was damaged, value at $500.00

  • Phillip Chance Culpepper, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 8:18 pm
  • Tony Austin Parker, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:18 pm
  • Trina Burnette Nealey, age 38 of Centre, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:51 pm
