RAINSVILLE, Ala. — Next month, beginning on Wednesday, May 1, the Rainsville Public Library will kick off their yearly Summer Reading program! It will run through Monday, June 3.
2019's theme is "A Universe of Stories." Children who have completed grades Kindergarten through 6th grades and live in DeKalb or Jackson counties, are eligible to participate. There will also be a pre-K reading program for ages 2-5, a young adult program for ages 12-17 and an adult program for ages 18 and up.
The event is sponsored by City of Rainsville, Stevi B's, Farmer's Telecommunications Cooperative, Wordsouth, and DeSoto State Park.
