RAINSVILLE, Ala. — The Rainsville Chamber of Commerce held their Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament on Saturday, August 17. 

The team of Ryan Jones, Cody Hurley and Derrick Blevins were the first place winners.

The second place team consisted of Trevor Gibson, Trey Gibson and Jody Higdon. The team of Bill Murphree, Greg Bowman and Richard Murphrey came in third place.

The Rainsville Chamber had over $20,000 in profits and will be able to award 13 scholarships for $1,500 each to graduating seniors at Plainview High School and Cornerstone Christian Academy (CCA). 12 scholarships will be awarded at Plainview, and one will be awarded at CCA.
