Story By Heath Hambrick
Wednesday afternoon, during the AHSAA All-Star week in Montgomery, it was softball's turn to showcase its All-Star teams.
In game one of the double header, the South picked up the victory 3-0 in a no-hitter.
Fort Payne’s Cory Kramer went 0-1 with a walk for the North All-Stars.
In game two, the North plated two runs, but it wasn’t enough as the South took a 4-2 victory.
Kramer went 0-1 with another walk for the North All-Stars.
Kramer now turns to her senior season with the Wildcats. A senior year that looks very promising.
Even though the games weren’t as productive as Kramer had hoped, the experiences that she had during All-Star week are memories she will have for a lifetime.
