Boaz Elementary, Intermediate, Middle and Corley Elementary Schools held their yearly Meet the Teacher and open house on Monday evening. 

Students were able to meet their new teachers, walk their schedules and parents could receive information on the new Focus Act. 

Students and teachers alike are ready to get back to school after a long summer.

The Boaz City School System had a staggered start by last names for students on Wednesday and Thursday with all students returning to school by Friday.
