RAINSVILLE, Ala. — The Second Annual DeKalb County Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (AFAPA) 5K Run/Walk will be held at Northeast Alabama Community College (NACC) on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at the Walking Trail on campus. It will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:00 pm

Registration begins at 8 AM at the NACC Walking Trail. Registration fees will be $20 for an individual, $35 for a couple, and $15 each in groups of 10 or more. Children under 12 are free and 300 individuals who pay for their registration will receive a t-shirt. Kids can enjoy the inflatables.  There will be door prizes, vendors, and a silent auction beginning Monday, October 3, and ending Saturday at the 5K.  There will be free face painting, games and inflatables for the children.

Participants can e-mail greg@afapa.org for early registration.  Include names and shirt sizes of participants. Participants will receive an invoice for their payment.
