SCOTTSBORO, Ala.-- The Jackson County Circuit’s office will be closed until at least June 24 due to three confirmed cases of COVID among the employees.

The Circuit Clerk’s staff will still be in operation but Circuit Clerk Bart Buchanan wishes to limit contact with the public as much as possible to prevent further contamination.

A table will be set up outside the office for passport applications and protection from abuse forms.

If you have the necessary paperwork completed for a passport, you can call the office at (256)574-9320 and someone will meet you to process the forms.
