HENAGAR, Ala. — Attorney Jeff McCurdy is returning home to Henagar. 

McCurdy, who has practiced law in Fort Payne for the last decade, moved his practice to his hometown of Henagar to better represent his Jackson and DeKalb County clients.

McCurdy, a member of the Henagar City Council, serves as the public defender for the Town of Sylvania and was recently named public defender for the City of Rainsville. His tenure in Rainsville will begin on January 14. 

"I am excited to return home to Henagar and provide legal services to my hometown folks," said McCurdy. "
