Albertville festival brings in thousands to downtown

Story By Mary Bailey

Made on the Mountain Fest 2025 was held this past Saturday in downtown Albertville.

Rescheduled from May, the event had near perfect weather as the community gathered for the free event and walked isles of vendors and listened to live music throughout the day.

“We were very pleased with the attendance, especially considering the need to reschedule from the original May date,” said Stan Witherow, President of the Albertville Chamber of Commerce.

“We could not have made all this happen without the support of all our sponsors, our community development team, and especially the organization and planning by our Director of Communications and Events, Tequila Nicholson.”

Witherow appreciates the community support.

“Thank you to the community for coming out and being part of this great event. Sand Mountain is a special place, and for those of us who are lucky enough to call it home, this was a great day to celebrate what it means to live in the Heart of Sand Mountain!”

The Made on the Mountain Fest was presented by the Albertville Chamber of Commerce.
