Alabama high school soccer coaches have announced the United Soccer Coaches Association All-State teams, which included multiple players from The Reporter’s coverage area being selected. 

For the boys, the Guntersville Wildcats produced multiple selections, as they produced five players to the Class 5A All-State First-Team. The Wildcats were led by AJ Shumate, Brandon Manganaris, Slaide Mohr, Elysee Lagurre and Porter Granados. Shumate and Manganaris were selected to the Super All-State First-Team. Guntersville boys head soccer coach Zach Ross was also selected as the Small Class Coach of the Year, after leading the Wildcats to a Class 5A State Championship. The Douglas Eagles had a selection to the Super All-State Second-Team, as Bryan Jimenez received the honor. 

For the girls, Sadie Carroll represented the Albertville Aggies on the Class 7A All-State First-Team. Guntersville, Boaz and Crossville also received selections as Miranda Valencia (Guntersville), Ella Willis (Guntersville), Jackie Jarquin (Boaz) and Kayla Martinez (Crossville) were all selected to the Class 5A First-Team All-State.
