RAINSVILLE, Ala-- DeKalb Urgent Care & Wellness Clinic, LLC was named the 2023 Business of the Year at the Rainsville Chamber of Commerce Banquet on Friday, January 27.
DeKalb Urgent Care & Wellness Clinic was a vision that Owner/Nurse Practitioner Ashley Wigley-Thomas had for many years.
“This is a true testimony of the goodness of God and his faithfulness. He gave me the vision, and I said yes to that call. He opened every door (and shut a few)” stated Thomas. “I have never felt more confirmation that I am living out my calling than I am right now with the willingness/obedience to just say yes”.
“The clinic was dedicated to Him from the time the ground was broken every day we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus for the community” stated Thomas.
The clinic officially opened its doors in July 2020, bringing different treatment plans to the area including hydration oxygen bar, cryo therapy, Iv infusions, and Super B lipo shots. The clinic also specializes in urgent care, sick care, wound care, shots, x-rays, labs, and much more.
“I can think of so many business owners that deserve this award but I am overwhelmed and thankful for such a precious honor” stated Thomas.
DeKalb Urgent Care & Wellness is located at 157 Marshall Road NE, Rainsville. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m - 8 p.m.
