DEKALB COUNTY, Ala.--On July 1, DeKalb County Circuit Judges along with the DeKalb County Commission held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated courtrooms at the DeKalb County Courthouse.
The courtroom renovations, completed during the pandemic shutdown, were the first in decades. These improvements were performed primarily by county employees, conserving tax money.
Vintage law books were also presented to local librarians from across the county, to add to their collections.
