FORT PAYNE, Ala. — On Monday, deputies with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office arrested Haley D. McCue, 32 of Collinsville on allegations of forgery.

McCue is accused of forging nine checks, all taken from a family member. She is facing nine counts of forgery 2nd and is also facing several charges of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument for the crime.

The Sheriff’s Office thanked the District Attorney’s Office for their assistance in the investigation.

At the time of press release, McCue is being held at the DeKalb County Jail. Bond will be set pending her first court appearance.
