Craig Ford has stated time and time again that he wants you to know where he stands. I find that hard to believe when he creates a website that is meant to do nothing but slander my good name and he will not even put his name on it. I do not have a problem with facts but the irresponsible tactics used by someone who is supposed to be held to a higher standard is simply appalling and a disgrace to the office of State Representative. He will not even add his disclaimer to the site. Maybe like he says in his video, he thinks you are uneducated.

Ford also has continually tried to bury some of his speeches because it shows what he really thinks of the people he was elected to represent.He went as far as to buy the rights to the video from the Liberal left wing group "Left in Alabama" They were proud of the video but, Ford had them remove it from their website because he did not want you to see it. I have the receipt where he paid them $108.00 for the rights. FACTS

Back to the website he is so proud of...There is a picture of someone in handcuffs and the big word "CRIMINAL" because he went back to 1984 and found out that I received a citation for riding a jet ski without a life vest. And I also had a few speeding tickets in the 90's. I have never been arrested.

He also says that I am not a Family man because I have been divorced. While this is something I am not proud of I have NEVER left my kids. I have NEVER been irresponsible in my financial obligations to my children or my ex-wife. He tries to make it seem that I was denied seeing my kids.This is simply a lie. My kids are the world to me and I to them. I have been happily married to Wendy Sherrod for almost 15 years and I am a devoted Husband, Father, Step Father, and Grandfather. I know there are those out there that have been through this and may be going through it now and I feel your pain. I guess Ford thinks this is a Crime as well.

So far, If you have ever been going a little to fast in a vehicle or you have been divorced according to Craig Ford you are not worthy.
But there is more...

He says I am financially irresponsible because he points out that I have refinanced my house a few times and I have other mortgages. Well, he has me there...I have...I started with a 30 year note as most young married people do then when the rates dropped I refinanced to a lower rate. I went from a 30 year to a 20 year and then to a 10 year note on my current house. I saved over $70,000.00 in interest alone by doing so. The other mortgages are homes I have purchased and then owner financed to family members who were having difficulty at the time and could not get a loan through the banks. I was glad God gave me the ability to help them. I have had a financial plan in place for years. I will be debt free in five years and will retire in 8, God Willing.

So, If you have refinanced your home to save money or you have done something nice for a family member then according to Craig Ford, you are not worthy.

He says I am a double dipper. This coming from someone that supported double dipping for he and his colleges in the legislature. FACT

He attempts to show that TeleSystems, A company I am part owner of sold $121,000.00 in contracts with the Government/schools in the State over the last 6 years. I guess my position on the board should prohibit TeleSystems from doing business with schools in Birmingham, Marshall County, Calhoun County and the like. That is where he is getting those numbers. He says that is was done in the last six years...Well Mr. Ford I have only served on the board of education for 4 years. He points out that the AG opinion says that I cannot do business with the ECBOE. What he fails to tell you is that the is a old opinion and as a member of the legislature one would think that he would know that the law was voted on and changed.
From the Gadsden Times “The AG’s opinion said that under existing state law, and it only referenced Title 41, that it was not permissible,” Turnbach said. “So the Legislature changed the law and said boards of education may do that.” The newer statute was approved by the Legislature last year.
However, I have NEVER since being on the board personally been involved in selling anything to the ECBOE. I have stayed out of it just to keep any appearance of unethical behavior. The fact is my company has suffered because I have served on the board. TeleSystems has not bid on many jobs that we under law could have Including the latest 4 projects which, could have possibly led to a profit of over $80,000.00 if you include the Voice, Data, Security, CCTV, Access Control systems that are being or have been installed. I chose to lend my 25 plus years of expertise to the projects instead to make sure our schools had the very best equipment.

Wait there is more...Craig Ford calls me a CAREER POLITICIAN... I will give you a minute for that to soak in. I have served on the Board since 2010. Mr. Ford has been in office for 14 years, wants another 4, then says he wants to be Governor. Wow...Just Wow... I have said from day one that I support Term Limits for every elected office in the State. Who is the real career politician here?

There is more and they are all Lies and distortions of the actual truth.
I have tried to play fair. Yes, I call him a Liberal. Yes, I call him a supporter of the Liberal agenda coming out of Washington. I have created a website called:

It is simply the voting record of my opponent. I have done two mailers with the same information. I have not made little cartoon figures and put his head on them. I HAVE SHARED ONLY THE TRUTH AND THE FACTS WITH YOU THE VOTERS. If you can disprove any of the information I have put out I will take it down and make a sincere apology.

One thing I am not...is a liar.
