You know when you see Johnny Depp's new trailer  for a month. Every part looks great, you get really psyched up to go see it and you're telling everyone about it. Opening night comes...and it's more Lone Ranger than Pirates of the Caribbean. That sums up the Fyffe vs Walter Wellborn game last night.

The game that teased us as a clash of heavyweights ended up just being another Red Devils route. The Fyffe Red Devils crushed the Walter Wellborn Panthers and it was never even close.

Anytime that Walter Wellborn threatened, they'd shoot themselves in the foot. Over 100 yards in penalties and 4 turnovers against a Red Devils defense that has been impeccable since Week 1 leads to a recipe for disaster.

Once again the Fyffe Defensive unit, led by Cade Carroll, could be named the Southern Torch Game of the Week MVP. However, the Torch broadcast team went with the 1-2 punch that lead the charge on the offensive side of the ball as Co-MVP's.
